We began with the first class of Ikeda Youth Ensemble last year. North Zone Taiko for SGI-USA won the Territory level competition to become East Territory Champions! We competed at Soka University of America last June.
And now it all begins again.
We've just closed out auditions for the 2nd Class of Ikeda Youth Ensemble in Boston.
We're creating this blog as a resource for youth who play taiko in the SGI for North Zone.
Inaugural blog post is now complete.
We have a lot of work to do with formatting and content, please stay tuned!
